The Hydra-Plan offers members a 10% discount on all IV infusion services. The discount applies to the membership holder only - the membership is non-transferable. A picture ID will be required at the time of service to verify membership. Monthly auto-draft payments of fees are required. The fees will be drafted at the time of sign-up and then every 30 days. If the charge is declined an invoice reminder will be emailed to the member. If no payment has been received within three days, a second invoice reminder will be emailed to the member. If that invoice is not pain, the membership will then be auto-cancelled. There will be a $25 fee to reinstate membership. If a client opts to cancel their membership, they will continue to have access to member benefits until the end of the month in which the plan was cancelled - there will not be partial refund for cancellation.
