AGE RESTRICTIONS: Hydraline LLC will not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. A picture ID will be required prior to any services rendered.

PRIVACY: Hydraline LLC takes personal privacy very seriously. We adhere to all HIPAA guidelines to protect our clients. Clients can ask for a printed copy of Hydraline LLC's privacy policy at any time.

CANCELATIONS: All NAD+ infusions require a $150 deposit due at the time of booking due to the special ordering and shipping of the product. If an appointment is cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time the deposit will not be refunded. Hydraline LLC is a mobile business and therefor some of the supplies and equipment are prepared ahead of time. Supplies cannot be reshelved once opened.

PAYMENTS: Deposits for NAD+ must be paid though the booking site at the time of booking. Payment plans are on our Square page. In person payments can only be cash or credit card payments. Personal checks will not be accepted.

ADD-ONs: Add-on services are available at an additional charge. Cost vary depending on the add-on.
